Tucked into the rugged hills of the Eola-Amity AVA, the experience was equal parts sensory and philosophical—where texture, tension, and emotion are as central as fruit and terroir. Every wine poured felt like a revelation: precise, profound, and unapologetically expressive. Antica Terra doesn’t just craft wine—they craft moments of awe.

NV Vilmart & Cie “Grand Cellier” 
Varietal: 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir (Sparkling) 
Nose: Delicate brioche, fresh citrus peel, subtle yeast 
Tasting Notes: Green apple, lemon, lime, fine persistent bubbles 
Characteristics: Elegant, delicate, light, feminine 
Pairing: Crudités with Walla Walla onion & shiro miso sauce

2022 Von Winning Pechstein Riesling GG 
Varietal: Riesling 
Nose: Floral, stony, and citrus-driven with hints of petrol 
Tasting Notes: Lemon zest, slate, stone fruit, wet stone

2020 The Glories (Languedoc) 
Varietal: Likely Syrah/Grenache blend (confirmation needed)
