2021 Block 8 Pinot Noir
Varietal: Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes: Youthful nose and palate with red fruit, cherry, raspberry, and strawberry.
Characteristics: Full body. (Note: There may be variation between white-labeled and different block numbers.)
Pairing: Roasted duck, grilled salmon, or truffle risotto.

Characteristics: Masculine, tannic, acidic, beefier profile with air volume. Smooth and layered.
Pairing: Charcuterie, grilled steak, wild mushroom dishes.
